Uruslah Masa Dengan Bijak

Pepatah Arab mengatakan : "Masa itu ibarat pedang.Jika kamu tidak memotong,kamu akan dipotong."
Nikmat sebenar dalam kehidupan dapat dirasai sekiranya kita bersungguh-sungguhdalam mengurus masa dengan tepat.
1.Membuat jadual waktu yang baik.
Rancang aktiviti setiap hari dengan menentukan tujuan dan tempoh pelaksanaan.

2.Membuat skala prioriti.
Tentukan dan susun aktiviti mana yang mesti didahulukan atau paling penting. Lebih muda jika kita menggunakan buku catatan kecil untuk mencatat aktiviti apa yang sudah, belum dan akan dikerjakan.

3.Mengenali kemampuan diri sendiri.
Usah membebani diri dengan melakukan sesuatu diluar kemampuan diri. Libatkan rakan atau orang dewasa untuk mendapatkan nasihat atau pertolongan. Usah pula membebani diri dengan terlalu banyak aktiviti dalam masa singkat.

4.Berdisiplin.
Jangan menangguhkan aktiviti penting atau melengah-lengahkan masa dalam mengerjakan satu-satu aktiviti. Berusahalah untuk mengikut jadual yang telah ditetapkan.

Mari Hindari Kesilapan dalam Mendidik Anak

1.Kurang berdoa
Sesungguhnya anak adalah anugerah,amanah dan ujian dari Allah SWT. Kerana itu banyakkan berdoa untuk anak-anak kita bermula dari semasa mengandung hingga mereka dewasa. Antara doa-doa yang digalakkan untuk diamalkan semasa mengandung ialah:
-Penghulu /Sayyidul Istighfar
-Doa memohon rahmat QS.Ali Imran: 8-9
-Doa memohon zuriat yang baik QS.Ali Imran: 38
-Doa agar anak mengerjakan sholat QS.Ibrahim: 40-41

Adapun doa-doa yang digalakkan untuk diamalkan semasa mereka membesar ialah:
-Doa agar anak patuh kepada Allah QS.Al Baqarah: 128
-Doa diberi zuriat yang menyejukkan hati QS.Al Furqan: 74

2.Kerap menakut-nakutkan anak melebihi belaian motivasi seperti menakut-nakutkan mereka dengan tempat yang gelap, hutan rimba atau bukit bakau dan menggunakan kekerasan/paksaan semasa menyuruh anak tidur,belajar,sholat dan lain-lain aktiviti.

3.Tidak tegas dan terlalu banyak menegur
Anak-anak hendaklah dibiasakan untuk berdisiplin dalam segala hal. Tetapi tegurlah mereka dengan cara yang berhemah yaitu: dengan tidak mengeluarkan kata-kata kesat dan tidak pula membandingkan sesama anak-anak ataupun membandingkan anak orang lain.

4.Memberi didikan yang tidak seimbang
Ada ibu bapa yang lebih memfokuskan pada pendidikan minda daripada pendidikan rohani. Adapula yang lebih mementingkan pendidikan minda daripada pendidikan fizikal semisal aktiviti sukan dan riadah. Adapula yang lebih cenderung pada pendidikan rohani sehingga mengabaikan pendidikan emosi/kemampuan berinteraksi dengan masyarakat sekitar.

5.Kurang mengawasi gerak-geri dan aktiviti anak serta kurang memberi belaian kasih sayang
Seringkali kesibukan kerja membuat ibu bapa lupa untuk berinteraksi dengan anak-anak. Pergi pagi,pulang malam. Ketika meninggalkan rumah, mungkin anak-anak masih lelap dalam tidurnya. Ketika sampai di rumah pula, mungkin anak-anak sudah pun masuk tidur.

Cara Meningkatkan IQ Anak-anak Kita

1. Pemakanan yang sihat
Perhatikan tabiat makan anak-anak kita. Biasakanlah pemakanan yang sihat sejak mereka kecil lagi. Makan mengikut masa yang ditetapkan dengan nutrisi yang seimbang dan hindari pemakanan  yang banyak mengandungi MSG. Tanpa disedari ibu bapa, anak-anak mungkin kerap memakan makanan ringan (snack) yang bukan sahaja diragui kehalalannya tapi juga tidak/kurang berkhasiat. Tanamkan dalam minda mereka bahwa makanan sedemikian sepatutnya dihindari kerana akan memberi kesan negatif pada kesihatan mereka.

2. Tidur dan istrirehat yang cukup
Pastikan anak-anak kita mendapat tidur malam yang berkualiti. Biasakan mereka tidur dan bangun mengikut jam yang ditetapkan sehingga dapat beraktiviti dengan lebih bersemangat setiap hari. Pastikan juga mereka mendapat rehat yang mencukupi. Jangan paksa anak-anak kita untuk membuat aktiviti fizikal semisal sukan jika kita nampak mereka "tak larat' kerana terlalu letih atau mengantuk.

3. Cabar minda mereka
Pastikan minda anak-anak kita selalu diisi dengan bacaan yang bermanfaat. Tak salah jika membelikan mereka majalah atau komik yang bukan sahaja menghiburkan tapi juga merangsang minda mereka untuk berfikir dengan aktiviti di dalamnya seperti sudoku, puzzle atau kuiz. Tak salah juga jika mereka menghabiskan hujung minggu dengan permainan komputer. Tapi ingat, pastikan games yang mereka pilih bersesuaian dengan usia mereka dan tidak mengandungi unsur negatif,jenayah atau lucah.Jangan jadikan cuti sekolah sebagai alasan utk berhenti memperkaya minda mereka
